This policy covers extrencityinc.com, the corporate website of Extrencity, Inc (“Extrencity,” “we,” “our”). The website exists to describe our company and its products; it hosts no user accounts, sells nothing directly, and never touches patient records or other protected health information. Each product we operate—including ReviewBox, Extrencity EHR, RFA Assist, our Telehealth Platform, Transcription, and Scribe—publishes its own privacy policy that governs data handled inside that product.

We deliberately keep collection minimal. Two categories of data reach us through this site:
- Messages you choose to send. If you fill out the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message text you typed.

This corporate policy does not extend to product data.
